We had a very Merry Christmas! The boys were so excited when they woke up! Ethan even pointed down the stairs at all the presents that Santa left for them.

Their favorite presents were the bulldozers and the inflatable trampoline (lets hope it doesn't pop soon). It was a lot of fun watching them open the presents and play with them; they are really able to have fun with Christmas and we are enjoying that.

Oh, I forgot to mention a cute thing that Isaac does. Derek and I both call him and Ethan buddy at different times. Now when Ethan gets hurt or is crying he leans over and says "it's okay buddy" or "sorry buddy" and gives him kisses and hugs. He also made a funny comment while we were eating dinner at Aunt Tammy's house. He leaned over to his cousin AJ and asked, "yummy AJ?".

We experienced a winter Blizard yesterday!!
This is a picture of our car barried in the snow! We had to dig it out and the snow around it was about 4 ft. deep. There was a lot of wind which made large snow banks that went to the top of our 6 ft. fence but left traces of the grass in our backyard.

The boys had so much fun playing in the snow all morning! They wanted us to throw them in the large banks; and they made forts with daddy in the backyard. The best thing that they were so excited about was that a bulldozer "front loader" was the thing that moved some of the snow in front of our driveway.

Ethan and Isaac love to finger paint. In fact they love it so much that that is all that they want to do most days. It's really messy, but hey they're only little once right.

The other thing that they boys love to do with daddy is put their favorite blankets on their heads and waists, and they dance around to music.

"Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas"

Both boys use to say "Hi, Hi, Hi" (to be funny) when you asked what Santa Claus said; but Saturday we went to a church Christmas party and saw Santa. So now they say "Ho, Ho, Ho". Ethan was a little afraid to sit on his lap but as soon as he saw that Santa was giving candy to those that sat on his lap he immediately wanted to. They are starting understanding who Santa is after that; they say he brings candy to you.
This week I am in the middle of trying to potty train the boys. They are doing pretty well; but this is definetly a job I have dreaded doing for a long time. If any of you have suggestions I would love to hear them. I feel like I am reading every book on the planet about it.

The day before Thanksgiving we took the boys to an Eagles Hockey game. They loved the mascot!! We would search for the mascot Eagle throughout the game; and in the 3rd period as we were coming back into the arena the Eagle was coming out of our section. Ethan and Isaac were so thrilled!! They were able to shake his hand and he gave Ethan a kiss. Now when ever we talk about our trip to the Eagles game they say "let's go again!"
