We finally have the basement mostly finished! It took almost 10 months with a contractor. We got the carpet installed on Friday and I love it. I think we are going to spend most of the summer down there while I am big a pregnant because it will be the coolest spot in the house. It almost doubles our house size. We have 2 bedrooms down there but for right now one will be the office, a 3/4 bath, and a storage room. We also have a little play area under the stairs for the kids that I painted objects in the clouds and rolling hills. It has already been decorated by Isaac when he got hold of a paint roller with white paint that I was using to paint the trim and painted on the blue sky area. Hopefully I will be able to fix it soon. We still have some minor things to do but hey we have carpet and that makes all the difference!
Now that we know what we are having and we can move the computers downstairs I get to paint and decorate the baby's room. If you have any ideas let me know.

Yesterday we had our 20 week ultrasound! We are having a little girl! She is in perfect health and she might become a soccer player because she kicks like crazy already. While we were waiting for the doctor after the ultrasound I counted her kick 10 times. She was also kicking pretty fiercely while the sonographer was trying to get some good pictures for our DVD (they actually do that now). We will also get another ultrasound in about 2 months because the women's clinic that I go to is giving complimentary 3D ultrasounds to their patients; so look for that soon!!!

I forgot to get everyone to tell me predictions before we found out the sex; so email me your predictions of everything else so that I can put it in the baby book; (it's a family tradition). Since you already know the sex just do hair color, eyes, weight, height and date you think she will be born.

I am way behind in posting this month. Here are some pictures of the boys decorating eggs and looking for Easter treats that the Easter bunny left for them while we were at church. They had so much fun this year looking for the treats and they would get so excited when they found one. It was snowing outside so the Easter bunny hid the treats in the living room. That night we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house and found more eggs in there basement.

Since this blog is mainly so I can have a record of the boys growing up I decided that I need to document how smart the boys are (not to brag or anything). Since they are twins I started having them count to ten to share since they could talk and they are really good at it now; in fact they pretty much can count to twenty with a few repeated numbers. Isaac likes the number 17. They can say their ABC's because that's another way that we share easily. They have known their colors and shapes for a long time. And my favorite thing that they can do now is spell their names. We sing the B.I.N.G.O. song and replace it with their names; they love it. They're so smart they must take after their daddy.

Last week Ethan and Isaac's cousins went to Disney World in Florida and brought them back Mickey Mouse ears. Isaac loved his so much that he wore it all the time for 3 days.
Derek has been in Virginia for the last 3 days for work and the boys have been a bit rowdy since he has been gone. Right after he left in the middle of the night on Monday morning Ethan woke up crying because he wanted to be baptized; at first I couldn't tell what he was crying about since it was so unexpected. He was even more distraught when I told him he could when he was 8; he wanted to be baptized now. Last night I took them to their very first Cub Scout derby car race. We built our own Swiss cheese car with mice on board. I will have to take pictures of it later.

Since I went to Utah I have had inspiration to make new crafts! I saw both of these in a craft store and thought I could make those but yet it came out a different version because I couldn't find the same wood or wooden monkey; so I painted curious George on the one board that is going about the boys window, I thought it was more appropriate for their personalities. The other one is slightly different with the coloring and such. I was so excited after doing them I thought I would share.

It is so hard to find a good price on boys church clothes I was so excited to find some at Ross last Tuesday. Isaac was so excited to wear a tie like Daddy he wanted to wear his suit as soon as we got home.

I am now 14 weeks pregnant; which is 3 months and 2 weeks. The good news is that I am not as nauseous as I was last month and the bad news is that I have a cold and still feel sick but with different symptoms! We do have a count down until the 5 month ultrasound! It is going to be April 23rd at 3:00. So I will let you know then what this baby will be. I am nervous and excited all at the same time.

Last weekend we went to Utah for baby Brennan's blessing with the whole family in a 15 passenger van. It was 8 hours each way with 5 boys. Luckily it wasn't that bad and the boys did really well. They actually stayed dry and clean most of the trip. We went to the zoo and a very nice and fancy restaurant.

The boys had a very bad day on Saturday. I didn't take pictures of the actual act but this was the consequences.
Instead of taking a nap or being quiet during their quiet time they went #2 in their underwear took it off and rubbed it into the carpet, on the walls and on the door. This is their 3rd time at this so they struck out; it has never been this bad however. So, they lost their toys, blankets (their little ones that they take every where), and grandma's stories that they listen to every night. They are slowly getting them back as prizes for good behavior. Hopefully they have learned their lesson.

Now that the word is out, here is the proof that there is only ONE baby. I am now 9 weeks pregnant; and I am way more nauseous this time. Hopefully I won't get huge soon.
